These are exciting times. And although I’ll soon be off to Las Vegas (as a Hall of Fame winner), I don’t just mean for me! A couple of years ago, being a nutritionist at Holland & Barrett was all about giving people dietary advice over the phone. But it’s evolved.

Now we do lots of different things – we help to develop new products, write training packs for stores, do PR work, write blogs, take part in Q&A sessions on Facebook and Twitter. And we have more stuff on the horizon.

I actually started out in retail, where I decided I wanted to be a nutritionist. So I did a degree in it, applied for a job, and I got it. The rest, as they say, is history. But the future looks even more exciting.
